We strive to ensure that all our customers have complete satisfaction with our products and services. We are an independent travel agent acting on behalf of many suppliers. It should be understood that all bookings are accepted on the following conditions.
Booking Contract
Once a booking is made, the lead passenger guarantees that they have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice. This demonstrates the lead passengers agreement to pay the balance outstanding (if applicable) and understanding that if the balance is not paid within the time scale, we reserve the right to cancel any arrangements made without notice. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are governed by English law and we both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts at all times.

We do not show "live" availability and prices on our website at present. The prices shown for the hotels displayed are "prices from" which means that the prices shown are generally available either at certain times of the year, at times when we have special offers and promotions and on some late deals. For the latest price on a holiday that you require or have seen you must call our reservations telephone number or email us for the best price for the date of departure that you require. All holidays and flights are for departure from within the UK. It will be the customers responsibility to verify the right times within 48hrs of their flight.
Insurance
It is a condition of booking with every tour operator that you have adequate insurance cover. Such insurance will ensure that you are properly covered against unexpected cancellation charges, medical costs that might be incurred while you're away, loss of money or belongings or personal liability claims. Please note that the cover offered by most credit card companies is not normally adequate for package holiday or holiday flight bookings. If you require insurance cover, Discover Goa will be pleased to arrange it at the time of booking, though you are free to make your own arrangements.
Accommodation Ratings
All accommodation ratings including any star ratings are the tour operators own. They may differ from the accommodation's official rating. Ratings may also differ from one operator to another, depending upon the individual assessment of the accommodation in question by that operator.
Baggage Allowance & Airport Security
If you are travelling on a holiday Charter flight from the UK the normal baggage allowance is 20kg per person plus one piece of hand luggage. However, some tour operators have a reduced luggage allowance on late bookings of only 15kg per person plus hand luggage. Your tickets will show what your luggage allowance is. If you exceed your luggage allowance you may be charged an excess baggage charge by the airline at check-in. Security restrictions are in force at UK airports. All passengers will be subject to hand baggage restrictions and are asked to be patient while these additional security measures are in place. Passengers are asked to allow extra time for their journey and to arrive at the airport in plenty of time. Passengers are permitted to carry ONE item of hand baggage, no larger than the specified size and certain items may not be taken through airport security.
